All characters in this publication are fictitious and any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental.

Drugs, cars and guns! Keith Moore is Europe’s biggest cocaine dealer. The police have been trying to get enough evidence to nail him for more than twenty years. Now, four CHERUB agents are joining the hunt. Can a group of kids successfully infiltrate Keith Moore’s organisation when dozens of attempts by undercover police officers have failed? James Adams must start at the bottom, making deliveries for small time drug dealers and getting to know the dangerous underworld they inhabit. He needs to make a big splash if he’s going to win the confidence of the man at the top. Class A (Cherub, #2) by Robert Muchamore – eBook Details The book was originally to be titled Class A 'Drugs, Cars & Guns, but Hodder deemed it too inappropriate for a children's book, so Muchamore changed the title to Class A. [1] Russell Bowler won the first (1970) World Championships, held on the Swan River, Perth, Australia. His boat, the original Jennifer Julian, was one of the earliest foam sandwich dinghies, probably the first built outside new Zealand, the construction method having been pioneered in 12 ft skiffs. Russ had been twice Cherub National Champion in NZ, and had moved to Perth as an architect. He designed Jennifer Julian specifically for the Worlds and Perth conditions. At the time of writing Russell is a Partner and Chief Structural Engineer of Farr Yacht Design. In 1970 Russell helped David Steele build what was surely the first foam sandwich boat in the U.K.Music choice was intentionally more diverse this time, I still wanted to keep the theme obvious for most music choices so younger audience members would be able to enjoy it, and couldn't pass up the opportunity to use "Who Let The Dogs Out?" by the Baha Men which was in seemingly every kids film of that era, cheesy yes, but it had to be done. "Kung Fu Fighting" by Carl Douglas is another choice that seems obvious and goofy at the surface level for kids but actually has hidden meaning in its connection to the film "City Of God", a film about young people growing up in the life of crime, drug dealing and murders, which was shown at the Cannes Film Festival on the 18th May 2002, which also features the song at a dramatic moment. While the connections may not be evident to the majority of people they are there because a small select few would appreciate them and sometimes because they feel thematically correct. The expanded mix of music allowed me to draw on Grunge and Rap music now. There's also a fun lampoon of MTV that strikes a sore spot for nostalgic MTV fans I'm sure. In the 60s Cherub design in the UK was very much in the mainstream of dinghy design at that period. A Cherub hull of that era tends to look pretty much like a baby Scorpion. In the late 60s the first of many infusions of antipodean ideas occurred. John Spencer's mk 7 design was introduced into the UK, which had a wider and flatter hull shape, and planed appreciably faster. I was on the same first aid course as you, James. Only I didn’t spend the entire three days trying to get off with Susan Kaplan.’

The Cherub Class International Association was formed in 1967 with membership comprising the New Zealand Australian & UK Associations. James got out his wire cutters and snipped links in the fence, until there was a slot big enough to squeeze through. He followed Bruce over the lawn, crawling swiftly towards the house. James felt something squish against his leg. Muchamore, Robert (2011). People's Republic. Aramov. Vol.1. Hodder & Stoughton. ISBN 978-1-4449-0610-3. Bruce shook his head. ‘I thought I’d make sure you weren’t being eaten first, even if it meant we got caught.’ James did the best and acted as a drug courier for Keith Moore and earned his respect by burning out Crazy Joe's Mustang. Keith invited James on a Holiday to Miami with him and Junior. After James and Kerry uncover what Dinesh's dad is doing it causes over 50 important figures in KMG.While in Miami Keith severs his ties with Lambayeke . Lambayeke sends over some goons to take Keith's money and they kill his body guard, George. James and Junior only escape because they were on the beach doing some midnight boxing.

Summary

CHERUB agents James, Kerry, Kyle and Nicole are sent on a mission to infiltrate the drug gang KMG, led by criminal Keith Moore. The group attempts to befriend Moore's four children to attempt to gather evidence against KMG. James has the most success, becoming friends with Keith's youngest son Junior and begins delivering cocaine to KMG's customers. Meanwhile, Nicole begins dating Junior and they take a large amount of cocaine, nearly killing Nicole and resulting in her expulsion from CHERUB. So I started making some changes to cull off some less important scenes and characters, which then affected other plots, and as I also made my usual amendments for realism, some bits I'd scattered into the vocabulary and actions characters take it became clear this was becoming a slightly different beast. The CHERUB series has won numerous awards, including the Red House Children’s Book Award. For more information on Robert and his work, visit www.muchamore.com I decided to read this book because the first book got me hooked to this series and I couldn't wait to get this one started. The Cherub rules are simple and allow for maximum flexibility for designers, allowing boats to be created to incorporate sailors own ideas. Also means the class develops over time as techniques, materials and ideas improve. All this makes the Cherub one of the most interesting and innovative of all dinghies: The challenge extends from the sailing skills to setting up the boat to suit the sailor, and maybe even designing and building, too.

Kyle Blueman is another CHERUB agent who is friends with James. He was recruited when he was eight years old. He is gay, something that James has trouble coming to terms with. He is kind, but will also conduct revenge schemes, including one in which he exposes politician Tan Abdullah as conducting illegal activities in Shadow Wave, the twelfth book of the series. Bruce Norris is a CHERUB agent who is friends with James. Bruce is a small but very strong kid; he is a campus karate champion. Bruce shook his head. ‘I don’t want you disappearing. You can pee in the corner of the garage while I start the car.’ The series' main location is CHERUB campus, the headquarters of the fictional titular British government agency CHERUB for which the children work. It was formed during World War II by Charles Henderson; a British spy who had used children during an operation in France. It is populated by around 350 adolescents and children, who live on the campus when not on a mission to help the police. No one in the world knows where CHERUB campus is situated except its employees, members and certain police and high level members of the British government.

Quite a lot. Nobody realises kids do undercover missions, which means they can get away with all kinds of stuff that adults can’t. If you can’t bear to read another story about elves, princesses or spoiled rich kids who never go to the toilet, try this. You won’t regret it.’ The Ultimate Teen Book Guide The beamier boats started going out of favour. The Forman 4 et al were still wider than tended to be fashionable during the eighties, before the 1997 rule change that replaced the mid length beam restriction with an overall beam restriction, but the trend was for less extreme boats. The underwater shape by now was significantly different from the majority of classes as planing performance started to become the most significant factor in design. Arguably this was the time at which the modern Cherub started to evolve. I’m a year younger than you,’ Bruce said impatiently. ‘You should be the one pushing me. It’s that gut you’re carrying.’

The Cherub was the first significant design from John Spencer, and many would put it as the starting point of the whole Antipodean Sailing boom. The Cherub grew very fast in New Zealand in the 50s, about 450 boats in the first 8 years. This was mainly due to what was effectively a partnership between Sea Spray magazine and John Spencer. Sea Spray allowed Spencer almost as much space as he wanted to provide publicity and `how to' construction articles. In fact for a time Sea Spray was the official Cherub HQ, keeping the sail number register, and being the central point for all correspondence from the town associations. Robert Muchamore was born in 1972 and spent thirteen years working as a private investigator. CHERUB: Class A is his second novel in the series. After years of speculation, Muchamore said in the Henderson's Boys novel Eagle Day that CHERUB stood for Charles Henderson Espionage Research Unit B; this was later confirmed in Secret Army by Eileen McAfferty in a telegram. Kerry Chang is a James' main love interest throughout most of the series. She befriends James in the first novel and helps him get through basic training. She is also a Hong-Kong born karate champion.
