I think it's a fragrance that goes on every weather, even though is definitely made for Summer vibes. It's so not love but I keep watching my cute bottle, imagining Popeyes (popping eyes men) crazy attraction. Today I was able to find a Moschino 5-pack of their fresh fragrances and this was one of them, naturally.

Please note that Royal Mail currently classes perfumes, nail polishes, flammable liquids and aerosols as "hazardous materials" and will only accept a limited number of these per parcel. This doesn't smell of orange but more of tangerine; with the likeness of an orange flavoured hard candy. It's something I wear when I don't know what else to put on just a spritz or two on the collar of my blouse or T shirt and I'm good to go. I personally prefer Light Blue range because of the freshness from the apple, but this is still a really nice substitute. I would say it’s totally appropriate for work and formal occasions, but don’t overspray, I found it made me a little nauseous when I did so, but I am a bit sensitive to too much ambergris.

It does smooth out after about half an hour to be sweeter and more fruity, but half an hour after that, it's gone. Oh well, at least I've been able to try it for myself and now know it's not the kind of perfume I want in my collection! I don't think it smells like Light Blue but instead Pera Granita by Geurlain's Aqua Allegoria range which I also own. Perfumes are often designed with top, middle and base notes, and designed to smell different based on the time after application.

Unlike some others state, this projects more than Light Blue Eau Intense for me, so I will be repurchasing this more than LB. I do like to put it on after a shower in warm weather, but I probably won't get another bottle after I'm through with mine. I prefer light fragrances to heavy ones and since this one is so affordable I don't feel bad about it not having the best longevity. The rose and citrus play interestingly together which I feel helps bring out that fizziness but is also likely what others find so unflattering about this scent. The citruses come out with an edge, like if it had a slight herbal hint of something like basil or mint. An orchid and iris top off the florals and smells more of a sweet orchid in the end, and sandalwood with vetiver, slightly green but mostly musky-powdery. Upon application it is SO similar, you'd have to have a pretty well trained nose to distinguish between the two.

You can definitely pick out the yuzu and ambergris in this which stops it smelling too sweet and it has a freshness to it. For me personally it must be the combination of grapefruit, musk and sugar cane that I find irresistible. Been playing around with it layering, and does well with florals or fruity to add any citrus freshness too. They had a fashion show a couple of years ago with the models sporting Mattel box Barbie doll clothing! My dad loved the bottle, so when I emptied it (it was my only perfume for a while, as a broke 19 year old girl) they kept it in their bathroom as a decoration piece.
