Another winning addition to our current range, theanCnoc 24 Years Old has been bottled in its most natural form – neither chill-filtered nor coloured, and as a result may develop a light haze with the addition of water or if kept at a cold temperature. The distillery was built using local eye grey granite, with two coal fired stills, which are now steam heated. A limited edition Peated Whisky (11 ppm) from Knockdhu which is named after the spade used to size and separate peat blocks from the Bog and bottled at natural colour and without chill filtering. The Knockdhu Distillery is situated beneath the black knock hill, known to the locals by its Gaelic name anCnoc.
