For dogs: 50 mg/kg (22.7 mg/lb) daily for three consecutive days for the removal of ascarids( Toxocara canis, Toxascaris leonina), hookworms( Ancylostoma caninum, Uncinaria stenocephala), whipworms( Trichuris vulpis) and tapeworms( Taenia pisiformis). Adult dogs and cats should have a syringe graduation per 0.5kg bodyweight. One syringe will treat up to 9kg bodyweight and has 18 syringe graduations.Puppies and Kittens under 6 months old should be treated at a rate of 0.5ml per 1 kg bodyweight of puppy or kitten each day for 3 consecutive days at 2, 5, 8 and 12 weeks of age. Using a gram scale, weigh out 1 gram of Panacur (fenbendazole) Granules 22.2% for each 4.44 kg or 10 lbs. body weight. Mix the correct dosage of Panacur in with your pet's usual food and ensure they eat the entire dosage. You may require one or a combination of the various sachets to administer the correct dosage to your pet. It’s recommended that dogs and cats over 6 months are given Panacur Granules 2-4 times per year as a precaution. Pregnant Cats should be treated as a single dose at the usual routine worming dose of 1ml per 1kg bodyweight of cat. Puppies should be treated at 2 weeks of age, 5 weeks of age and again before leaving the breeder's premises. Treatment may also be required at 8 and 12 weeks of age.
