I feel bad giving this such a low rating, I did find this book a really easy read and I enjoyed reading a romance set in Glasgow and featuring places I know.

Britain , euphemistic , humorous ) A sharp, sudden headbutt to the nose, usually resulting in a broken nose. The sheer volume of grammatical, spelling and formatting issues put me off this book from the start. It’s very evidently self published and would have benefitted from an editor. I guess, in the end she makes the right choice, but this took her 99% of the book to figure out. And she didn't even know that she had to figure this out until literally the last second. The Glasgow Kiss is a Fun and Meaningful Gesture: The Glasgow Kiss is a fun and meaningful gesture that can be used in a variety of different contexts. It is not only used as an expression of love between two people, but also as a way to express admiration and gratitude in other contexts. The unique and warm gesture of the Glasgow Kiss makes it a meaningful and memorable way to show your love and appreciation for those around you. Exploring the Different Cultural Meanings of the Glasgow Kiss Around the World In the original video, a random British girl is having an argument, supposedly with her 12-year-old younger sibling. If this is an accurate depiction of Glasgow’s dating life then I truly feel sorry for everyone involved Before going into nursing, my mum told me, ‘Do something that you’re good at, do something that you like’. But it goes deeper than that. In Gorbals they call it a “Crown Street Kiss”, and on that street people often refer to a headbutt as a “Number 73 Kiss”. Origin I liked that it was set in Glasgow and mentioned bars, restaurants and cafes that I’ve been too. I used to love a morning after breakdown of the night before in Coia’s and I loved seeing them get such a lengthy mention. The story was okay, but I did get a bit fed up of some of the stuff repeating throughout (why does she continually refer to her vagina as fishy?) and why is she obsessed with the “girth of the end of the penis”!

Unfortunately this wasn’t a great book for me. Don’t get me wrong it’s a short, fast and easy book to read but there was also a lot wrong with it.

Glasgow Kiss Etiquette: A Guide to Giving and Receiving the Glasgow Kiss in Social Situations I probably would have hated this book if it wasn’t set in glasgow (hence 3 stars instead of 2). Grammatical errors also really put me off - not sure if this is to blame on the publisher or author. So, mark your calendars for Wednesday 26 th July when the first episode of Sophie’s podcast “A Glasgow Kiss N Tell” drops, then it’s fortnightly.
