Since the hold is so light, as a solo product, I would say it is better suited to low volume flowy or messy styles. Was looking at the following things: (only looking for a pre styler, will use it in pretty damp hair after shower and then blowdry obviously) If the price doesn’t matter and you just want the best products, the value to you is in the Price isn’t an issue.

It smells a bit like a moisturizer. However it’s pretty light and non-offensive to the senses, and once it’s in the hair, I didn’t find it noticeable at all. Product in particular I think is great for adding a natural-looking boost to longer hairstyles too. It is still great for shorter men’s styles, just pointing out the long hair thing because it’s probably not expected. PRICE AND AFFORDABILITY 7.5/10

EDIT: I am also fairly clueless about which products should be used with and when to use a blow dryer. Currently trying the Templeton Tonics Oasis Clay, which I also have to get used to first cause its so creamy, that its actually a lotion imo and easily gets all over the jar. However, this is designed to be a pre styler and for better results, I’d recommend using a finishing product. APPLICATION 10/10 From my experience with this product, it is very lightweight, however, the structure and light texture it adds, does maintain shape and volume for casual styles. It has a nice natural botanical scent, that is presence during application, but isn’t noticeable to the user after styling. DurabilitySince they are from the same company and achieve a similar purpose, the ingredient in both products have pretty similar quality. PRICE AND AFFORDABILITY What does it do? A cashmere texture spray that gives definition, volume as well as bringing a textured matt look to any hair type.

From my experience, this product does have some humidity and water resistance. So it does take shampoo to wash it out completely. FINISHED LOOK 10/10 If you’re just the regular guy and want to invest in some quality hair products, the value to you is in the Normal Pricing row. For thin/fine hair this helps to coat the hair, boosting the appearance of the finished style, by giving a fuller and shaped look with added control and structure. I usually use it with another pre styler and post styler, and get great results. It helps me to feel a lot more confident about my fine hair and achieve durable long lasting styles.
