Description

Daughter of the Siren Queen is the sequel to Daughter of the Pirate King. We continue to follow Alosa and Riden as Alosa explores her powers and discovers dark secrets about her family as she struggles with her growing feelings for Riden.... Riden’s eyes widen while the captain’s narrow. Draxen pulls out another gun from his waist and fires at the second man in line. He goes down like the first. The story follows Alosa's adventures as she tries to find a missing piece of a map, for her father, that is said to lead to the greatest treasure ever known to man. But there are certainly many obstacles in her way. Nothing is as simple as it seems, not even Alosa herself. There plenty of fun twists to keep to guessing, and while this book does end on a high note, there is certainly more mischief and trials to be had. And I have no doubt we will get plenty of those in the next book. She is strong, intelligent and extremely loyal to her own crew. Also we see how the siren part of her gets stronger and more developed.

It should not be this difficult to stay prisoner on a pirate ship. This is the second time I’ve had to stage my own capture. Ridiculous. I slide down the street, keeping close to the roughly constructed townhome on my right. The city is asleep at this hour. I haven’t spotted a soul moving about, save Vordan’s men on watch. What a fun conclusion to this series! I’m actually somewhat sad that it’s over; however, it all turned out well, so there’s no complaints with that. As was to be expected, this book was a roaring good time. It also got me out of my mini reading slump. Finally, an owl hoot comes. Then another. And another. I wait until I hear all seven of them—signaling that each crossing street and guarded rooftop has been cleared.

This was a lot of fun!! 🤩🤩 once again I FLEW through it and ended up thinking it was a great conclusion to the series! Really enjoyable 🏴‍☠️🏴‍☠️💗💗 They get into it with some other jerks and we find out revelations! Everything is about REVELATIONS! I loved the revelation! One more time, REVELATION =)I had such a great time reading this!! 🤩🤩 it was a really enjoyable sequel and just as fast-paced and fun as the first one 🏴‍☠️🏴‍☠️💗💗 OMG so good!!! I love this book <3 Honestly it is probably one of my favorite books this year! As I had mentioned before, I am no fan of the cover. So I ended up just reading getting the ePUB, but man I adore this book so much I might buy a hard copy despite my dislike for the cover. Alosa is the daughter of the pirate king Kalligan. She's his only child (the only one he's claimed), which makes her very valuable. What people don't know is that she isn't a spoiled and pampered pirate princess - she is a cunning and dangerous pirate. When her father sends her on a mission to retrieve a part of a map, Alosa's plan is get captured willingly by a young pirate lord and search their ship for the piece of the map that the former pirate lord of that ship had. The captain, Draxen, is every bit as cruel and ruthless as his father was. But Alosa doesn't expect to be distracted by the captain's first mate and younger brother, Riden. Finding the piece of the map isn't going to be the difficult part of the task - getting around Riden will be. The two girls left, hand by hand and they were excited to watch a movie together and about the book? well, Reynita couldn't care less about what would happen to the book and she would never miss the book. ALOSA WAS A GREAT female lead. She was everything that a badass pirate should have been but still had a strong feminine feel. The author did a good job showing not telling how strong and cut-throat Alosa was but I also loved how she was kind of vain and obsessed with her clothes
