So I am extremely happy they have removed these two ingredients, removing the shea butter may have possibly changed the texture but this one has a luxurious rich creamy gel texture. They also added more gentle and soothing skin ingredients, such as Allantoin a soothing and protecting ingredient, Green Tea a soothing antioxidant and Glucose (humectant). All these changes make this moisturizer less irritating and a really great choice for sensitive skin types. Needless to say I much prefer this updated formula. Heavy duty as a moisturizer but still is very emollient and sits well under makeup (give it a few minutes to absorb into the skin first though)
