Ease of Use

Claudia next received a pair of soft-soled shoes that would allow her to move silently and not disturb her own peace. These were accompanied by a pair of padded ankle cuffs that were connected together by a short cord, limiting Claudia to short steps at a leisurely pace and preventing her from getting over-excited with her movements. The preparations for this moment had been in train for many months as it had become clear that this is what Claudia both wanted and needed.
