Make sure your smART sketcher® Projector is connected to the App using Bluetooth. (See instructions on how to connect the App for further details.) If the smART sketcher®2.0 Projector (named: smART_sketcher2.0) appears in the list of paired devices, make sureto unpair it. Press and hold the circle button on the projector for 2 seconds to toggle between Regular brightness and “Efficiency mode” brightness. When operating the projector with batteries, it is highly recommended to switch to “Efficiency mode” to reduce the projector brightness. This will ensure longer operation time using batteries. The selected brightness level is automatically stored by the projector; next time you turn on the smART sketcher® 2.0 Projector it will resume to the selected brightness. Connect your mobile device to the smART sketcher® 2.0 Projector via Bluetooth. (See instructionson how to connect the App for further details.) If you denied the App Bluetooth usage, the iOS system will not prompt you again to allow usage. Instead, you will need to manually enable Bluetooth permission for the smART sketcher®app.

Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to launch the Control Center. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled. For devices running iOS 13 version and above If multiple Projectors are nearby, the App will display a list of the detected Projectors. Select the Projector you want to connect to from the list.

If your device Bluetooth is turned on, the smART sketcher® App will automatically start scanning for the smART sketcher® Projector. The App will automatically detect if Location services are Enabled or not. You can try to trigger an SD card detection by pressing the two white arrow buttons on the Projector. You should first press the Rightarrow button, keep it pressed and then press on the Leftbutton for at least 2 second and then release both. The App will search for a smART sketcher® Projector. Make sure your Projector is nearby and turned ON. Insert the SD content card into the top of the Projector. The first drawing on the SD card will be projected. In the main screen, drag the Settings Cogwheelto the right and release it to enter the Settings menu.

Please note that on some mobile devices the App won’t be able to automatically redirect you to the device Android Location services settings and you will need to manually enable Location services in Android settings. This means that the user needs to make sure Bluetooth is Enabled and to provide the App permissions to use it. This is a one-time step; once the permission was provided, the App will not ask for it again. Bluetooth access privileges are required on devices runningiOS 13and above. When using activity content SOS mode, each step of the drawing is transferred to the smART sketcher® 2.0 Projector via Bluetooth.
