Description

Morathi, in her (successful) quest to become a god, weakened the bonds holding Slaanesh at bay in Ulgu. A portion of the Dark Prince’s essence was released into the realms in the process. Besides empowering his mortal followers, this soul-stuff formed the twin-form daemon Dexcessa and Synessa . Once transformed into her monstrous self, it takes time for Morathi's rage to subside: hours, even days, may pass before she can reassume her aelf-queen aspect. So great was her anger during the Blood Strife Wars that she remained in her Shadow Queen form for months.

Vatheira Seris, Melusai Ironscale, Hagg Nar: Merciless and bloodthirsty commander of the Hagg Nar infantry. [1] You probably made a mistake hiring that lord in the first place. Even if that Sorc has your favorite Lore, don't hire her if she has minimal loyalty. Till the end, Aenarion was astonished by Morathi's beauty. He doubted there had ever been a woman as lovely as her. At the same time, he was untouched by her loveliness. It had no hold over him. It never had, and he knew that in some way that was the secret of the power he held over her. Other Elves might be driven mad with longing and lust for her, but he was not. There was a coldness in him that she could not touch, but nothing could stop her trying. [5a] There are 6 different Temples to choose from for your army, each of which will change which units you want to take and some change what units you get as a Battleline as well. Hagg Nar

Endless Spells

Slaanesh, the Dark Prince: Chaos God of hedonism and excess, currently imprisoned in the twilight realm of Uhl-Ghysh. [1] Dark Elf revolts are probably the strongest of all? Don´t really know, but the fire sorceress I chose needed at least 6 tier 1 units + assassin to deal with the revolts.

During the wars of the Great Catastrophe fought against Chaos, Morathi brewed potions for herself and Aenarion to help them sleep and keep him calm despite the influence of the Widowmaker, the Sword of Khaine. By the time of the last battle of the war, such drugs had long ceased to work for him, even when taken in doses that would have killed anyone else. [5a] In-game, you’ll need both models to use Morathi (but don’t worry, they come in the same kit!). While you’ll start each game with Morathi in her form as an aelven queen, you can choose to transform her in any of your turns, while damaging her can cause her to lose control unexpectedly – much to your enemy’s misfortune. We’ll be taking a look at Morathi’s rules in detail later in the week with a full preview, but rest assured that if you’re collecting the Daughters of Khaine, this is the ideal commander for your collection. Here, Morathi combined enchantments, shadow magic, the souls' own bitter anguish and hatred, and even her own blood to create a new race of beings. Some, like the Melusai were horrific, serpentine mirrors of Morathi's true form, others, like the Khinerai, were winged and clawed. These Scáthborn became Morathi's handmaiden, her most trusted servants and aids in her endeavors. Only they are allowed in the underhall of Khruthú deep below Hagg Nar. [2a] [4a] Her son informed her that Hellebron was suspicious that she was reviving the Slaaneshi pleasure cults and calling a council at the Feast of Khaine. Morathi was unconcerned. [2b] Ark of Naggor - Blessed Dread - Bringer of Joyous Oblivion - Citadel of Damnation - Citadel of Desolation - Citadel of Spite - Claw of Dominion - Cleaver of Souls - Ecstasy of Pain - Fortress of Eternal Terror - Harbinger of Pain - Immortal Agony - Intolerable Delight - Jade Palace of Pain - Palace of Joyous Oblivion - Ravager of Souls - Shadow of Despair - Talon of Agony - Temple of Spite - Tower of Blessed Dread - Tower of Infinite Pleasures - Tower of Oblivion - Ultimate OblivionBrief peace settled over Ulthuan, like the shroud over a corpse. It was the peace of death and sorrow, in a land weary of war, and made listless by loss. It was a time of brief liaisons and temporary gladness. The northern gate continued to run out of control, gnawing into the heart of the world like a cancer. The tide of magic continued to rise. [5a] Daughters of Khaine: Zainthar Kai Sect rules, elite Scáthborn battalions, new warscrolls for Morathi. [1] The shards of Urithain were reforged by Hotek and renamed Asuryath. [2d] Malekith wielded Asuryath in the battle for the Isle of the Dead where Asuryath too was shattered by Tyrion wielding the Sword of Khaine. [2e]

She is the first and most powerful Hag Queen of the Cult of Khaine who is said to have been gifted with the first Cauldron of Blood which still restores her youth and beauty and which she has forbiden to Hellebron. [2a] Mount As her son assaulted Ulthuan, draining Naggaroth of the majority of the Dark Elf warriors, Morathi was concerned that the hordes of Chaos could sweep down from the north. She had already revived the Cults of Pleasure involving the Dark Convent with them to provide a powerful alliance and now she travelled into the north to further boost the cults and her own power. [4a] Originally posted by drazan:you seem to have alot of troubles with multiple factions (you're the same guy from the greenskin thread, amongst others)When the Aelven gods Tyrion, Malerion and Teclis captured Slaanesh and siphoned away the Aelf souls, Morathi was given her own share, in return for her aid in binding the God of Excess. Underneath the temple-city of Hagg Nar an immense iron cauldron, Máthcoir the Mother Cauldron, was constructed to hold these newly freed souls. [2a] Another great hero, Lord Kroak , led his Seraphon warhosts to strike a telling blow against the forces of Tzeentch in the Eightpoints. Be’lakor twisted this victory into disaster by destroying a network of realmgates, severing the Stormcast Eternals’ connection to Azyr. More and more of Sigmar’s champions are now unable to return for reforging when they fall in battle. His name may be a reference to Anárion, brother of Isildur and King of Gondor from J.R.R. Tolkien's Lord of the Rings universe.
