OK. Hmm.. The pot of turquoise hair dye is definitely blue-based, there's no green in it, however, it went green over my hair extensions. I don't know what's going on. I used sillicone free conditioner, maybe it strips the purple tint and that's the reason it goes green.

As I was applying the dye I noticed it seriously looks green, so I amped up the dye, and ended up literally applying it neat straight to my hair, as I've noticed the dye fades green with the conditioner (even though it's white).

For best results use on bleached or pre-lightened hair, although some shades may give a sheen or hint of colour to darker hair. Dye results may vary depending on hair type, hair porosity & base colour. Always follow manufacturer's instructions fully. Do not condition hair prior to use as this can smooth the hair follicle and act as a barrier on the hair. Always shake tub/bottle beforehand or use a mixing bowl to ensure colour pigments are well mixed. I've seen people dye BRIGHT yellow, very brassy extensions (no tea, no shade though), and it came out blue turquoise, so I was thinking mine are not gonna come out green as I've toned them.
