Touching the proximity sensor turns on/off audio recording or triggers manual recording depending on the firmware settings. For DR750X, DR750X Plus, DR900X, and DR900X Plus: The SD card can only be formatted if the firmware in the SD card is different from the camera model. The camera will sound off "Dashcam Model Error". Then, press the Wi-Fi button for five seconds until the camera gives out a voice prompt. Press the same button again for five seconds and the camera will format the SD card. They include wear levelling control technology and bespoke error correction code to minimise cell damage and guarantee long-life, even under prolonged and heavy use. When using Hardwiring Power Cable, ACC+ will trigger parking mode. When using other methods, G-sensor will trigger parking mode. The reason is that dashcams put microSD cards under higher stress than most electronic products such as action cameras or DSLRs due to their constant loop recording. We test our cards extensively before selecting them for inclusion in our products, to make sure that their performance is good and degrades as little as possible over time.
