Description

The feline super hero Tigra, a former West Coast Avenger, is also part of the Midnight Mission's ongoing mission. The Midnight Mission reminds me Jed Mackay's Black Cat series in that there's lots of fun action here, but very little exciting world-building.

Reese then became the Midnight Mission receptionist and Moon Knight's right hand, the only job she could keep due to her imposed lifestyle change. The Age of Khonshu Avengers' arc is a lead-in to this series and I do recommend reading it first, because it does change up the Moon Knight dynamic with Khonshu. While Khonshu languishes in prison, Marc Spector's sacred duty must still be observed: the protection of those who travel at night. He also builds him an interesting supporting cast, complete with a new villain and a character who can best be described as a rival. Discover Moon Knight's crimefighting organization, which hopes to defend the streets of New York in the wake of his death. Daredevil has Hell's Kitchen, Luke Cage has Harlem, but Moon Knight doesn't define his community by traditional neighborhood lines.

I guess Mr Knight is his administrative/normal-ish side when he’s going to therapy and dealing with the running of his mission, and Moon Knight is for when he’s doing generic superhero action? To read your Marvel comics digitally, download the Marvel Unlimited app for iOS and Android devices. And after suffering through that terrible tv show, I'm even more grateful that the comics aren't going to follow it down the toilet. After deciding to reject the influence of Khonshu, the Ancient Egyptian God of Vengeance and source of his powers, Moon Knight decided to help travelers of the night in his own way.Moon Knight is a very complicated character, and Mackay handles the nuances of his mental illness well. The art is spectacular, it's so satisfying to see such beautiful artwork and I love how it makes Mr Knight/Moonknight glow. Though he embraces his "sacred" duty/mission of protecting his community by night, he does not feel the same about Khonshu. On art is newcomer Alessandro Cappuccio, whose dynamic poses and excellent use of shadows make Moon Knight a lovely looking book.
