Matador stepped up to create a solution to this problem, and it has arrived in the form of the FlatPak Soap Bar Case. We don’t share your credit card details with third-party sellers, and we don’t sell your information to others. The problem: I’m not a fan of those plastic or metal containers — they have too much wasted space, especially as the soap bar shrinks — and the soap can quickly get gross in most sealable bags. It keeps your wet soap contained, somehow allows it to dry out, and has a few packing benefits that make it a lot easier to bring a bar of soap along on your travels.

The Snowkingdom Travel Soap Case is a fantastic soap dish, it’s extremely leakproof and comes with a little drying mat and a thick silicone band to hold the lid down.Waterproof material lets moisture evaporate through the fabric, so the soap bars dry through the case preventing them from getting mushy. We have found the Lush bar to be super versatile—you can use it for your hair, your body, even laundry and dishes if you’re in a pinch. My only real gripe is that there isn’t a good way to label it, which is frustrating when you travel with multiple soap cases that look exactly the same (it currently comes in only two colors). On my previous caminos I have used baking soda as shampoo but I now use a bar so I am looking for a solution that is slime-less!

This incredibly convenient umbrella fits in literally any compartment, from a handbag or clutch to your pants pocket. We’re pleased to report that Matador has made some great choices on materials for these cases, creating a good balance between function and aesthetic.However, others say that the size is off, and if you've got an especially wide bar of soap, it won't fit. Fewer items, packed into a single bag for ease of transport to make traveling simpler with more focus on the experience than the logistics. Only one face wash has gotten mushy to the point where I was using it more like a cream than a bar of soap, though I can’t say for sure that wouldn’t have happened in a different case.
