There is no way that some random girl who bakes gluten-free cakes in Essex would ever get an opportunity like this without the support of a lot of amazing humans (yes, that’s you!I should imagine she’s of particular comfort to those who have only recently learnt they must forgo gluten forever, as her you-can-do-this spirit and clearly written recipes are just what’s needed to replace panic with confidence. So not only did I squeeze as many recipes in as my publisher would allow (otherwise the book would be huge! I’ve always been a very visual learner – during my undergraduate Chemistry studies, my notes were always covered in schemes and doodles. If it isn’t veggie/vegan to start with, I’ve also included instructions on how to adapt it, if possible.
