About this deal

I'm a big fan of this show and I have to say that considering that it's released by Lion's Gate, only one screwed up episode is quite miraculous. But if you're coming to Moonlighting fresh, or you haven't seen the series for a few years, I suggest renting Moonlighting: Season Four. you'll have to wait for the next season set for that gem) was excellent, but the best show, arguably, in the series is The Dream Sequence Always Rings Twice (which is included. The Rolling Stone's You Can't Always Get What You Want and the O'Jay's For the Love of Money are included along with many more. The Guardian UK - Willis and Shepherd are superb: a witty, sparky, properly grown-up twosome, subconsciously flirting towards romance then bickering their way back out.

Lions Gate has done a great job with this set and seems to have put real care into it, maybe once they learn of this hiccough they'll correct it. Even beyond the rapid dialog, (which was something you just didn't do back then) there was a lot about the show that was edgy. Of course, I'm thrilled to have the rest of the episodes, and I know how lucky we are that they all are uncut, with the correct music, but this episode was always among my favorites, a perfect little film noir. After an intense month of intimacy, Maddie starts questioning where her relationship with David is headed. So when David and Maddie finally consummated their years-long dance at the end of the third season, there was a general consensus among fans (along with boffo ratings) that: 1) It was bound to happen, but the producers -- if smart -- are going to drop that whole angle like a stone; and 2) Don't worry, Moonlighting might get even funnier now, with David going completely crazy after the inevitable breakup. It’s been a while but I think the DVD used the same old TV broadcast transfers rather than new ones, but I could be mistaken.

has a few turkeys in the batch, sometimes the jokes fall flat, sometimes if you're not a hard-core fan things don't make sense.Maddie's father visits David at the agency to hint he should take some responsibility for Maddie's unborn child. As they go to sleep, each of them has a dream where they envision themselves, and their partner, as the suspects in the case. The theme song in the beginning seems to be sung a bit quicker by Al Jarreau on the reg 2 copy as well but cannot tell which one is running at the correct speed. I've noticed everything from entire scenes I've never seen to small extensions of scenes (usually just a few extra lines of conversation, etc. I loved Moonlighting in the 80s, and bought this DVD with some trepidation in case it was dated and dull.
