The distillery is mainly known for its award-winning House of Elrick Original Gin, which is sold around the world. Their liquid is distilled by hand in batches of 600 bottles per run, which means they can maintain control over every bottle that leaves their distillery. House of Elrick Navy Strength Gin is the stronger navy strength version of the signature House of Elrick Gin, made using the same fine botanicals including pink peppercorn, sweet fennel, heather pearls and rose petals. The Estate has been extensively renovated to provide a wonderful exclusive environment for that special occasion or get together. Distilled Gin is sometimes referred to as Contemporary, New American, New Western or International style gin.

House of Elrick Old Tom Gin is the resurrection of an original liquid taken from a 17th century recipe. This property can be booked together with Little Elrick (ref UK42940) and Elrick House (UK7822) to accommodate up to 26 guests. They include, Bonnie Prince Charlie and the famous illustrator Eleanor Vere Boyle, renowned for illustrating stories for Hans Christian Andersen and Alfred Lord Tennyson, as well as writing poetry about Elrick. Built at the height of the Scottish Enlightenment period in 1720, this home hosted lively discussions from some of the most respected creative, philosophical and scientific minds of the time.

The distillery houses a bespoke still that was commissioned and crafted in Speyside by master coppersmiths the Speyside Copper Works. The driver will input your year of birth into their device and may then require an ID check to complete the age verification process.
