This book is my go to, with having a gluten and dairy allergy and recently having to try low fodmap my dietitian reccomended this cookbook. The book takes us through the science of digestion and provides concise and helpful information on the low FODMAP diet. I eat with my eyes though and am drawn to the recipes that are accompanied by pictures, i'm sure i'll work on that. Hopefully this review might help some fellow lazy cooks out there, or at least give you an idea of the sort of recipes to expect.
