I've so been hoping that as I continue this series, my ratings would creep up to five stars as I found the first couple good but young. But before reading this I suggest reading the first and second book (this one is more necessary to read before reading the third) or parts of the story may be hard to understand if the first couple are not read.

Especially because while I was reading the book I was listening the audiobook with David Tennant's(Killgrave/Doctor Who) voice! Also the author of picture books, Cressida has won the Nestle Children's Book Prize 2006 and has been shortlisted for many others. A great addition to an interesting series, it is fun to watch as Hiccup and Toothless seem to be ever failing as viking and dragon despite their growth from the last one or at least apparent growth. i say 300 and not 400 because, although 476 is usually cited as the Date Of The Collapse Of Rome, and it was in fact the year that the last western roman emperor was captured and deposed, an eastern emperor (justinian i) actually reconquered large swathes of that territory only 100 years later.

The Wizards of Once series has been translated into 38 languages and has been signed by DreamWorks Animation. Hiccup and Fishlegs get bullied in the beginning, manage to mess up their lessons and land somewhere completely different, encounter something/someone, get back but nobody believes them then save the day/themselves. The first book in Cressida's new series, The Wizards of Once (also signed by DreamWorks), is a number one bestseller.I really love this series because the author gives you a great love for the characters, threads a great yarn, and foreshadows a lot throughout the book. es ya el último libro que tengo de la saga, pero en realidad son muchísimos, no terminé de contar cuántos, pero realmente son muchísimos. A little too old for my nephew just yet, but it will be no hardship looking after the discs for him until he's old enough to claim them! Overall, a wonderful book read with immense talent, enthusiasm and inventiveness by a talented storyteller, this is a must-own.
