As I said above I wasn't expecting much with this sander given it has received it's fair share of negative reviews on here but given it was from Bosch a brand a normally trust and it was cheap enough especially compared to other big brand sanders I decided to roll the dice on it. Have bought for doing furniture restoration and performs really well, is only single speed but is harsh enough with rough paper to clean back effectively and gentle enough with fine paper to leave a great finish.
