Each rack is manufactured to our design and specification using a steel frame with rolled edge legs for extra strength, Beam ties under each shelf level to give extra support to each shelf and 5mm thick MDF boards to help spread the load across the frame with our bowing or sagging. The framework is then treated with a rust-resistant powder-coating, available in Black, Blue, Grey, or plain, unpainted galvanised steel. Engineered with a durable, galvanised steel framework, complete with rolled edges for safety and durability. In the event of a fault with these products we will remedy the fault by offering replacement parts if appropriate.
