Description

There's a similar monitor that's an updated version of it, the ASUS ROG Strix XG27UQR, but it performs differently, and the results don't apply. It allows for a good amount of ergonomic adjustments so that you can place the screen at your optimal viewing position, and its decent viewing angles make it easier to share content with others.

The ASUS-exclusive, integrated GamePlus hotkey offers in-game enhancements that help you get more out of your game. The photo above was taken at 100% brightness, and I’ve tried to make it just a tad brighter than what my eyes see, so hopefully it’s a decent sample. This function is co-developed with input from pro gamers, allowing them to practice and improve their gaming skills. Also the difference between the 1ms response rate compared to Acers 4ms response rate wasnt noticeable to me. I'm a Mercy main and I clutched one of the most intense parts of the match and rezzed someone in the middle of 4 people shooting me with what felt like an army of weapons, explosions, and Ultimates. The screen maintains the same 3840 x 2160 resolution along with a 144Hz native refresh rate of the earlier models.

Adjustments to these utilities can be made via the On Screen Display (OSD) menu or the navigational joystick, but ASUS DisplayWidget makes accessing and using these various settings much faster and easier. The larger screens tend to have additional power usage as does the 27″ Asus ROG Swift PG27UQ with it’s FALD backlight.oh, it just so happens ASUS has that with the ROG Strix XG43UQ which I simply need to have in my life right now after using this bad boy. I have a "proper" G-sync monitor with the chip, but it looks like more and more screens are just going with the "compatible" version which doesn't.
