A combination of whiskey aged between 12 and 33 years and matured in lightly charred ex-bourbon American oak barrels, the Midleton Very Rare 2022 Vintage Release delights with decadent flavours and a tantalising aroma. Created in 1984, and released annualy since then this renowned whiskey is a bottling of hand selected whiskeys from the Midleton Distillery and represents some of the finest distillates produced at this famous location. Presenting an unparalleled blend of whiskey artistry and opulence: an extremely limited edition release that stands as a pioneer in its class.

The oak continues to reveal itself, adding notes of vanilla, combined with a honeycomb sweetness and freshly roasted coffee beans. A symphony of oak-imbued aromas dance alongside delightful fruit hints: simmered pears, glazed apples, and zesty oranges. The Murphy family started to distil by the side of the Dungourney River, Country Cork, Ireland, in 1825.
