I heard about a horse and young foal abandoned on a waste ground. My first thought was to call the RSPCA., you know that so called caring animal service. BULLC**P. What have you sprayed the house with, and do you know about the pupal window which means fleas continue emerging for some time after treating the house? Even when using the best products, it can take up to three months of diligent treatment of both our pets and our homes before gaining the upper hand over fleas
