Ray (Walliams) and Anne Wilkins (Lucas) – Owners of the airport pub. They are known to chase departing customers through the airport in a bid for someone to stay "more than twelve minutes". (Appear in: Episode 6) Paul Hollywood Physically Glitched After Eating a Sour Showstopper on 'The Great British Baking Show' "Pastry Week" Asuka and Nanako (Walliams & Lucas) – Two Japanese girls who have flown to the airport to see their idol, Martin Clunes. (Appear in: Episode 1)

STAR RATING: ***** Saturday Night **** Friday Night *** Friday Morning ** Sunday Night * Monday Morning The series is less cruel and over the top than Little Britain. The best characters for me was Omar Baba the owner of Fly Lo, the low cost airline. He is obviously modelled on Stelios, founder of EasyJet. I think the series is one of those unique shows, like Little Britain, that makes you go "That is just me/us." It is a side-splitting show that makes fantastic television and great entertainment. It is strong enough to be an adults show yet mild enough for 10 years+. A truly outstanding show. Well done BBC. Come Fly on the Wall discussed the making of Come Fly with Me with Walliams and Lucas. The programme featured clips from filming, outtakes and interviews with the show's creators as they developed the series. It featured pre production discussions and rehearsals, and showed the actors filming at some of the United Kingdom's busiest airports. It also showed Walliams and Lucas transforming into their new characters in the make up chair, and bringing them to life in front of the camera. It is a parody of the the 'fly on the wall' airline shows that have been common in UK television for the last 15 years on all the television channels. I think this series with David and Matt is by far the best stuff they have done. You can relate to the characters they portray whether it’s Ian or Raj. It’s a shame that it was seen to be racist by some people, and uk copies are no longer available, so Spanish copies are mow available thank goodness, with English speaking options. Come Fly With me targets more familiar faces and it's failing seems to be that it is set in an average setting, peopled by average characters. It satirizes people who have the time and money to use airports regularly - people with respectable dayjobs, authority and status; people with a shot at a managerial role. Basically, it targets the half of the audience that laughed AT the freak parade that was Little Britain. They are much more stable, affluent and secure characters than inhabited Little Britain - the kind of people who like to think of themselves as 'average' men and women, and that they should be able to hide behind their averageness. A Dutch version of the show was created, using an almost exact copy of the script and characters (translated to Dutch). It was broadcast on RTL 4 from August 2011. Colin (Walliams) and Gavin (Lucas) – Battle re-enactors who are not allowed to take swords to a re-enactment of the Battle of Agincourt; Colin later says he has killed only three people in the trade. (Appear in: Episode 5)

I like how the various characters from different sketches actually meet each other. Though it is admittedly somewhat self indulgent to see these two in every role. Ian Foot (Walliams) – The pompous, racist, and bigoted chief immigration officer who often comes up with ridiculous reasons not to allow a foreign person into the country, which includes people such as the Polish ambassador to the United Kingdom. [10] George Spires (Lucas) – A Welsh toilet cleaner who is a fan of opera singing and sings to the people who come in. (Appears in: Episode 5) If you are in the North America, look out for US/Canadian flag icons on popular product listings for direct links. Great show and much more modern than Little Britain. The jokes and take on the idiosyncrasies of an airport are just great. The Gist: Heather Hemmens ( A Pinch of Portugal) plays Emma “Blitz” Fitzgerald, a USAF pilot who’s just taken on a new position with the United States Air Force Thunderbirds, America’s premier aerobatic team. This new assignment will keep Emma and her daughter Lucy ( The Power’s Pietra Castro) in Las Vegas, and near Emma’s mom Carol ( Family Law’s Lossen Chambers) for a couple of years. Hetty Wolf (Lucas) – A 92-year-old passenger who pretends to be on her first flight, scamming Moses Beacon into buying her a number of luxury products, including an Yves Saint Laurent scarf and an iPad, and getting her a seat in first class, before revealing she has flown many times before. (Appears in: Episode 1) Most of the jokes are based on stereotypes, but there seems to have been no effort to make them actually funny. Come Fly with Me most watched comedy of 2010".
