Atom Bank will let you fix your mortgage rate at just 1.59% for FIVE years - but only those remortgaging - Daily Mail
Atom Bank has launched a five-year fixed rate at just 1.59 per cent for anyone remortgaging with 40 per cent or more equity in their home.
The new deal comes with a £900 fee, free valuation and free legal work and is now the lowest five-year fix on the market.
The digital bank is also offering a two-year 60 per cent loan-to-value remortgage at 1.09 per cent with £900 fee, quite a bit lower than the equivalent purchase rate at 1.90 per cent.
Maria Harris, head of mortgages at the bank, said: 'Our commitment is to be a low cost bank and always give customers the best deal we can.
